А Ионадав, син на Сама, Давидовия брат, проговори, казвайки: Да не мисли господарят ми, че са избили всичките младежи царски синове, защото само Амнон е умрял: понеже с дума от Авесалома това е било решено от деня, когато изнасили сестра му Тамар.

And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah, David’s brother, answered and said, Do not let my lord suppose that they have slain all the young men, the king’s sons, for only Amnon is dead, for by the mouth of Absalom this has been determined from the day that he forced his sister Tamar.
