И така, Даниил влезе при Ариох, когото царят беше назначил да погуби вавилонските мъдреци, и като влезе, му каза така: Недей погубва вавилонските мъдреци. Въведи ме пред царя и аз ще му разкрия значението на съня.

¶ After this Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon; he went and said thus unto him, Do not destroy the wise men of Babylon; bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the interpretation.
