А з ли съм зачнал всички тия люде? или аз съм ги родил, та ми казваш: Носи ги в лоното си, както гледач-баща носи бозайничето, до земята, за която Си се клел на бащите им?

Did I give birth to all these people? Did I bring them out, that You should say to me, ‘Carry them close to your heart as a nurse carries a nursing baby, to the land You promised their fathers’?
