О т шума на конниците и на стрелците Всеки град ще побегне; Ще отидат в гъсталаците И ще се изкачат по скалите; Всеки град ще бъде изоставен, И не ще има човек да живее в тях.

The whole city fled from the thunder of the horsemen and bowmen; they went into the thickets of the forests and climbed up upon the rocks; every city was forsaken, and not a man dwells therein.
