A nd Samuel died; and all Israel gathered themselves together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house at Ramah. And David arose, and went down to the wilderness of Paran.

Samuele morì e tutto Israele si radunò e ne fece cordoglio; lo seppellirono nella sua proprietà a Rama. Allora Davide partì, e scese verso il deserto di Paran.
