A nd Samuel died; and all Israel gathered themselves together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house at Ramah. And David arose, and went down to the wilderness of Paran.

Poi Samuele morì, e tutto Israele si radunò e lo pianse; lo seppellirono quindi nella sua casa a Ramah. Allora Davide si levò e scese al deserto di Paran.
