N ow this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia and answereth to the Jerusalem that now is: for she is in bondage with her children.

وَهاجَرُ تُمَثِّلُ جَبَلَ سِيناءَ فِي أرْضِ العَرَبِ. وَهِيَ صُورَةٌ عَنِ القُدسِ الحالِيَّةِ، لِأنَّها تَحتَ عُبُودِيَّةِ الشَّرِيعَةِ هِيَ وَأولادَها.
