A nd Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer; and Judah the son of Hassenuah was second over the city.

وَكانَ يُوئِيلُ بنُ زِكْرِي رَئِيسَهُمْ عَنْهُمْ. وَكانَ يَهُوذا بنُ هَسْنُوءَةَ مَسْؤُولاً عَنْ القِسْمِ الثّانِي مِنَ المَدينَةِ
