F or Ahaz took away a portion out of the house of Jehovah, and out of the house of the king and of the princes, and gave it unto the king of Assyria: but it helped him not.

Y aunque Ajaz saqueó el templo del Señor, y el palacio real y las mansiones de los príncipes, y todo se lo dio al rey de Asiria, éste no lo ayudó.
