T hou sayest, Lo, thou hast smitten Edom; and thy heart lifteth thee up to boast: abide now at home; why shouldest thou meddle to thy hurt, that thou shouldest fall, even thou, and Judah with thee?

你 說 ： 看 哪 ， 我 打 敗 了 以 東 人 ， 你 就 心 高 氣 傲 ， 以 致 矜 誇 。 你 在 家 裡 安 居 就 罷 了 ， 為 何 要 惹 禍 使 自 己 和 猶 大 國 一 同 敗 亡 呢 ？
