I n the seventeenth year of Pekah the son of Remaliah Ahaz the son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign.

وَاعتَلَى آحازُ بْنُ يُوثامَ عَرْشَ يَهُوذا فِي السَّنَةِ السّابِعَةَ عَشْرَةَ مِنْ حُكْمِ فَقَحَ بْنِ رَمَلْيا لإسْرائِيلَ.
