W hile Saul talked to the priest, the tumult in the Philistine camp kept increasing. Then Saul said to the priest, Withdraw your hand.

وَبَينَما شاوُلُ يُكَلِّمُ الكاهِنَ أبِيّا، ازْدادَ الضَّجِيجُ وَالفَوضَى فِي المُعَسكَرِ الفِلِسْطِيِّ أكثَرَ فَأكثَرَ. فَنَفِدَ صَبْرُ شاوُلَ. وَقالَ لِلْكاهِنِ أبِيّا: «كَفَى. أنزِلْ يَدَكَ وَكُفَّ عَنِ الصَّلاةِ.»
