Deuteronomy 19:6 ~ ﺍﻟﺘﺜﻨﻴﺔ 19:6

L est the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer while his heart are hot with anger and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him even though the slayer was not worthy of death, since he had not been at enmity with him previously.

وَإنْ لَمْ يَهْرُبْ، فَإنَّ قَرِيبَ المَيِّتِ الَّذِي يَثأرُ لِدَمِهِ، سَيَسْعَى وَراءَهُ عِندَ اشْتِدادِ غَضَبِهِ. وَيُمسِكُهُ إنْ كانَ بَعِيداً عَنْ مَدِينَةِ اللُّجُوءِ وَيَقتُلُهُ. مَعَ أنَّهُ لا يَستَحِقُّ حُكمَ المَوتِ، لِأنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْتُلْ بِدَافِعِ الكَراهِيَّةِ.
