F or he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear and wear the sword for nothing. He is God’s servant to execute His wrath (punishment, vengeance) on the wrongdoer.

He minita hoki ia na te Atua ki a koe mo te pai. Tena ki te mahi koe i te kino, e wehi ra; ehara hoki tana i te mau noa i te hoari: he minita hoki ia na te Atua, he kairapu utu mo te riri ki te kaimahi i te kino.
