Romans 13:4 ~ ﺭﻭﻣﻴﺔ 13:4

F or he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear and wear the sword for nothing. He is God’s servant to execute His wrath (punishment, vengeance) on the wrongdoer.

فَهوَ خادِمُ اللهِ العامِلُ لِمَصلَحَتِكَ. لَكِنْ إذا فَعَلْتَ الشَّرَّ، فَمِنَ الطَّبِيعِيِّ أنْ تَخافَ، لأنَّهُ لا يَحمِلُ سَيفَ السُلطَةِ عَبَثاً! فَهوَ خادِمُ اللهِ الَّذِي يُعاقِبُ فاعِلي الشَّرِّ نَتيجَةً لِغَضَبِ اللهِ عَليهِمْ.
