T hen Jesus said to them, I ask you, is it lawful and right on the Sabbath to do good '> so that someone derives advantage from it] or to do evil, to save a life '> make a soul safe] or to destroy it?

Jesus therefore said to them, I will ask you if it is lawful on the sabbath to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy ?
