A nd the cities shall be to you for refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer may not die until he has had a fair trial before the congregation.

Aceste cetăţi vor fi locuri de refugiu dinaintea răzbunătorului, astfel încât ucigaşul să nu fie omorât înainte de a se înfăţişa în faţa adunării pentru a fi judecat.
