H ow the Lord has covered the Daughter of Zion with a cloud in His anger! He has cast down from heaven to the earth the beauty and splendor of Israel and has not remembered His footstool in the day of His anger!

El Señor, en su furor, hundió a Sión en profunda oscuridad. Derribó del cielo la hermosura de Israel; la hizo caer por tierra; en el día de su furor no se acordó del estrado de sus pies.
