H ow the Lord has covered the Daughter of Zion with a cloud in His anger! He has cast down from heaven to the earth the beauty and splendor of Israel and has not remembered His footstool in the day of His anger!

O Senhor cobriu a cidade de Sião com a nuvem da sua ira! Lançou por terra o esplendor de Israel, que se elevava para os céus; não se lembrou do estrado dos seus pés no dia da sua ira.
