W ho causes the vapors to arise from the ends of the earth, Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings the wind out of His storehouses;

Desde lo más remoto de la tierra hace que las nubes se levanten, envía los relámpagos que acompañan la lluvia, y abre las puertas para que salgan los vientos.
