T he Lord is God, Who has shown and given us light. Decorate the festival with leafy boughs and bind the sacrifices to be offered with thick cords to the horns of the altar.

O Senhor é Deus, e ele fez resplandecer sobre nós a sua luz. Juntem-se ao cortejo festivo, levando ramos até as pontas do altar.
