B ut they would not listen; and Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than the nations did whom the Lord destroyed before the Israelites!

لَكِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَسمَعُوا، بَلْ جَرَّهُمْ مَنَسَّى إلَى عَمَلِ شُرُورٍ أقبَحَ مِنْ كُلِّ الشُّرُورِ الَّتِي مارَسَتْها الشُّعُوبُ الَّتِي طَرَدَها اللهُ مِنْ كَنْعانَ قَبلَ دُخُولِ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ إلَيها.
