O n the top of the base there was a circular elevation half a cubit high, and on the top of the base its stays and panels were of one piece with it.

În partea de sus a piedestalului se afla o centură rotundă, de o jumătate de cot înălţime, iar suporţii şi ramele din partea de sus a piedestalului erau dintr-o singură piesă cu acesta.
