A nd they brought the head of Ish-bosheth to David at Hebron and said to the king, Behold, the head of Ish-bosheth son of Saul, your enemy, who sought your life; and the Lord has avenged my lord the king this day on Saul and on his offspring.

Ils apportèrent la tête d'Isch Boscheth à David dans Hébron, et ils dirent au roi: Voici la tête d'Isch Boscheth, fils de Saül, ton ennemi, qui en voulait à ta vie; l'Éternel venge aujourd'hui le roi mon seigneur de Saül et de sa race.
