N ow Barzillai the Gileadite came down from Rogelim and went on to the Jordan with the king to conduct him over the Jordan.

وَنزِلَ بَرَزَلّايُ الجِلْعادِيُّ مِنْ رُوجَلِيمَ، وَجاءَ إلَى نَهْرِ الأُرْدُنِّ مَعَ المَلِكِ داوُدَ لِيَعْبُرَ النَّهْر مَعَهُ.
