N ow Barzillai the Gileadite had come down from Rogelim; and he went on to the Jordan with the king to escort him over the Jordan.

وَنزِلَ بَرَزَلّايُ الجِلْعادِيُّ مِنْ رُوجَلِيمَ، وَجاءَ إلَى نَهْرِ الأُرْدُنِّ مَعَ المَلِكِ داوُدَ لِيَعْبُرَ النَّهْر مَعَهُ.
