S o Shem and Japheth took a garment, laid it upon the shoulders of both, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they did not see their father’s nakedness.

Ma Sem e Jafet presero un mantello, se lo misero sulle loro spalle e, camminando all'indietro coprirono la nudità del loro padre; e, siccome avevano le loro facce rivolte dalla parte opposta, non videro la nudità del loro padre.
