W hen she was brought forth, she sent to her father-in-law, saying, I am with child by the man to whom these articles belong. Then she added, Make out clearly, I pray you, to whom these belong, the signet, cord, and staff.

Mentre la portavano fuori, mandò a dire a suo suocero: «Sono incinta dell’uomo al quale appartengono queste cose». E disse: «Riconosci, ti prego, di chi siano questo sigillo, questi cordoni e questo bastone».
