T hen one who had escaped came and told Abram the Hebrew, who was living by the oaks or terebinths of Mamre the Amorite, a brother of Eshcol and of Aner—these were allies of Abram.

Pero uno de los que escaparon fue y se lo dijo a Abrán el hebreo, que habitaba en el encinar de Mamre el amorreo. Éste era hermano de Escol y de Aner, y estos dos eran aliados de Abrán.
