S htëpitë e fshatrave të parrethuara me mure do të konsiderohen përkundrazi si tokë bujqësore; mund të shpengohen dhe me rastin e jubileut do të jenë të shpenguara.

But the houses of the unwalled villages shall be counted with the fields of the country. They may be redeemed, and they shall go free in the Year of Jubilee.
