P or në rast se sogjetari sheh shpatën që po vjen dhe nuk i bie borisë për të paralajmëruar popullin, dhe shpata vjen dhe merr me vete ndonjë prej tyre, ky do të çohet tutje për shkak të paudhësisë së tij, por për gjakun e tij do t’i kërkoj llogari sogjetarit.
