P astaj Davidi ndërtoi aty një altar për Zotin, ofroi olokauste dhe flijime falenderimi dhe kërkoi ndihmën e Zotit, që iu përgjigj me zjarrin që zbriti nga qielli mbi altarin e olokaustit.


Then David built an altar there to the Lord. He gave burnt gifts and peace gifts, and he called to the Lord. The Lord answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt gifts.
