G od forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

En ninguna manera; antes bien sea Dios verdadero, mas todo hombre mentiroso; como está escrito: Para que seas justificado en tus dichos, Y venzas cuando de ti se juzgare.
