A nd I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities.

E spesse volte, andando da una sinagoga all'altra, li costrinsi a bestemmiare e, grandemente infuriato contro di loro, li perseguitai fin nelle città straniere.
