A nd the children of Machir the son of Manasseh went to Gilead, and took it, and dispossessed the Amorite which was in it.

وَذَهَبَتْ عَشِيرَةُ ماكِيرَ بْنِ مَنَسَّى إلَى جِلْعادَ وَأخَذُوها، وَطَرَدُوا كُلَّ الأمُورِيِّينَ الَّذِينَ كانُوا فِي جِلْعادَ.
