R euben, the eldest son of Israel: the children of Reuben; Hanoch, of whom cometh the family of the Hanochites: of Pallu, the family of the Palluites:

كانَ رَأُوبَيْنُ بِكرَ إسْرائِيلَ. هَؤُلاءِ هُمْ نَسلُ رَأُوبَيْنَ: مِنْ حَنُوكَ عَشِيرَةُ الحَنُوكِيِّينَ. وَمِنْ فَلُّو عَشِيرَةُ الفَلُّوِيِّينَ.
