T hen Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch the captain of the king’s guard, which was gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon:

لَكِنَّ دانِيالَ أرسَلَ رِسالَةً إلَى أرْيُوخَ رَئِيسِ جَلّادِيِّ المَلِكِ الَّذِي عَيَّنَهُ لِقَتلِ حُكَماءِ بابِلَ.
