A nd Araunah said unto David, Let my lord the king take and offer up what seemeth good unto him: behold, here be oxen for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and other instruments of the oxen for wood.

– Stăpânul meu, regele, poate să ia şi să aducă ca jertfă tot ceea ce doreşte, i-a zis Aravna lui David. Aici sunt şi boii pentru arderea de tot, iar uneltele de treierat şi jugul vor ţine loc de lemne.
