L evantando-se, porém, de madrugada no dia seginte os de Asdode, eis que Dagom estava caído com o rosto em terra diante da arca do Senhor; e tomaram a Dagom, e tornaram a pô-lo no seu lugar.

And when they of Ashdod arose early the next day, behold, Dagon had fallen on his face to the ground before the ark of Jehovah. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again.
