L evantando-se, pois, os homens daquela cidade, de madrugada, eis que estava o altar de Baal derribado, cortada a asera que estivera ao pé dele, e o segundo boi oferecido no altar que fora edificado.

And when the men of the city arose early in the morning, behold, the altar of Baal was cast down, and the Asherah was cut down that was beside it, and the second bull was offered on the altar which had been built.
