P orque os filhos de Judá fizeram o que era mau aos meus olhos, diz o Senhor; puseram as suas abominações na casa que se chama pelo meu nome, para a contaminarem.

For the children of Judah have done evil in My sight, says the Lord; they have set their abominations (extremely disgusting and shamefully vile things) in the house which is called by My Name to defile it.
