M atou também um egípcio, homem de grande altura, de cinco côvados. O egípcio tinha na mão uma lança como o órgão de tecelão; mas Benaías desceu contra ele com um cajado, arrancou-lhe da mão a lança e com ela o matou.

And he killed an Egyptian who was very tall, five cubits tall. The Egyptian held a spear as big as the cross-piece of a cloth-maker. But Benaiah went down to him with a heavy stick and took the spear from the Egyptian’s hand. Then he killed him with his own spear.
