a nd David riseth, and cometh in unto the place where Saul hath encamped, and David seeth the place where Saul hath lain, and Abner son of Ner, head of his host, and Saul is lying in the path, and the people are encamping round about him.

Se levantó David y vino al lugar donde Saúl había acampado. Y vio David el lugar donde estaban acostados Saúl y Abner, hijo de Ner, el comandante de su ejército. Saúl dormía en medio del campamento y el pueblo estaba acampado alrededor de él.
