A nd I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them, and the souls of those who have been beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus, and because of the word of God, and who did not bow before the beast, nor his image, and did not receive the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand, and they did live and reign with Christ the thousand years;


Poi vidi dei troni, e a quelli che vi sedettero fu dato la potestà di giudicare, e vidi le anime di coloro che erano stati decapitati per la testimonianza di Gesú e per la parola di Dio, e che non avevano adorato la bestia né la sua immagine e non avevano preso il suo marchio sulla loro fronte e sulla loro mano. Costoro tornarono in vita e regnarono con Cristo per mille anni.
