s aying, `We give thanks to Thee, O Lord God, the Almighty, who art, and who wast, and who art coming, because Thou hast taken Thy great power and didst reign;

Exclaiming, To You we give thanks, Lord God Omnipotent, Who is and was, for assuming the high sovereignty and the great power that are Yours and for beginning to reign.
