Joshua 2:1 ~ Jozueu 2:1

A nd Joshua son of Nun sendeth from Shittim, two men, spies, silently, saying, `Go, see the land -- and Jericho;' and they go and come into the house of a woman, a harlot, and her name Rahab, and they lie down there.

Jozueu, bir i Nunit, dërgoi dy burra te Shitimi për të vëzhguar fshehurazi, duke u thënë: "Shkoni, kontrolloni vendin dhe Jerikon". Kështu ata shkuan dhe hynë në shtëpinë e një prostitute, të quajtur Rahab, dhe aty banuan.
