f or it behoveth the overseer to be blameless, as God's steward, not self-pleased, nor irascible, not given to wine, not a striker, not given to filthy lucre;

يَنبَغي أنْ يَكُونَ المُشرِفُ بِلا شائِبَةٍ، لِأنَّهُ مُوكَلٌ عَلَى عَمَلِ اللهِ. كَما لا يَنْبَغِي أنْ يَكُونَ مُتَكَبِّراً، أوْ سَرِيعَ الغَضَبِ، أوْ مُدمِناً عَلَى الخَمرِ، أوْ مَيّالاً إلَى العُنفِ، أوْ مُحِبّاً لِلمَكسَبِ الدَّنِيءِ،
