` And thou hast known to-day, and hast turned back unto thy heart, that Jehovah He God, in the heavens above, and on the earth beneath -- there is none else;

Know therefore today, and take it to heart, that Yahweh himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath. There is no one else.
