f or it not a vain thing for you, for it your life, and by this thing ye prolong days on the ground whither ye are passing over the Jordan to possess it.'

لا تَستَهينُوا بِهَذِهِ الكَلِماتِ، فَهِيَ حَياتُكُمْ. وَبِها تَطُولُ أعْمارُكُمْ فِي الأرْضِ الَّتِي تَعبُرُونَ نَهْرَ الأردُنِّ لِتَمتَلِكُوها.» إنباءُ اللهِ لِمُوسَى باقتِرابِ مَوتِه
