f or not again ourselves do we recommend to you, but we are giving occasion to you of glorifying in our behalf, that ye may have in reference to those glorifying in face and not in heart;

For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to answer them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
